'C' Family Spring Photos

I've been on a bit of a hiatus, but for a small amount of time (before our #3 is born) I'm trying to be back.

Anytime you're trying to take photos outside it takes a certain amount of planning ahead and luck in regards to bloom times, and weather.  Luckily, we ended up with a pretty perfect day for this shoot!  It was great meeting up with you guys!

Over the top cute.

Can't you just feel the love??  This was my second engagement shoot, and I'm kinda loving it!  Even though the bride-to-be was convinced we would not get a "smiling with teeth" photo of the groom, we did it!  And, I'd say you look pretty darn nice showing off that smile ;)

Baby 'J', 2 Weeks

In my mind, there is no bigger honor than to capture all the details of a new little person. Infants are so beautiful. This little guy is particularly delicious. Love him. What a wonderful addition to a wonderful family!

Worth the wait...

I'm breaking my 2-3 photos per entry with this one, but it's a special occasion. This little guy enters such a loving home and since I've known the family since big brother was a baby, I was thrilled to meet another little creation of theirs!

I did a gender announcement shoot with Mom and Big Brother (SO FUN!), another session outside to announce the arrival of their little pumpkin, and a few days later, some more photos indoors. So, in my defense, this was really 3 different sessions. :)

I can't tell you how happy I am that this little one is here- happy, healthy, and SO loved.

L-O-V-E

There were too many cute photos of this little girl to pick just a couple for on here, but I narrowed it down because I thought the emotions in these two just leapt off the screen. This Dad sure loves this happy little girl!

3 years old

This little one's Mom had a great idea to bring along the shoes she was married in for some fun dress up photos. I think she looks like a little fairy princess! Such a wonderful family and sweet girl!!!

Big Sister

This is a big sister who was along for an infant photo shoot, but how could I resist eyes like that???

Handsome 'H'

I could just eat this handsome little guy- What a sweetie! I thought these three photos made a nice series showing off his adorable personality- tongue out, studying the camera & purely adorable!

Baby 'A'

Oh baby, you're so sweet! Big Sister, Mom and Dad were so much fun while I was taking these photos. You can tell how proud they are of this new little boy.

12 Months of photos

I realize these are not the best resolution when in a collage like this, but I wanted to share just one example from each shoot we did with baby 'L'. We started with a newborn shoot, and then met up monthly to capture all the changes of her first year. The last session of the year was lots of fun with a birthday theme including ribbons. She's adorable and it was so much fun to watch her grow and change each month.

This is my ideal situation with a client! Building a relationship with the family, seeing the growth of a new baby. Monthly, Quarterly, whatever works for your budget... Just think of having a collection of photos from every month of your child's first year- baby 'L' has such a great baby book!!! Thanks, 'K', for allowing me to be part of L's first year!!

'R' Family

I think I may have reserved the photo that will be your favorite family shot for your holiday card- I don't want to spoil your surprise if friends visit here to see your preview!! You'll see the rest soon, but here's a few to get you started... You have a BEAUTIFUL family!! I am not sure I have ever seen a little sister quite so enamored with her big brother. Very, very sweet.

The 'H' Family Mini Session

Sweet baby 'D' sure made my job easy- he was flashing that sweet smile right from the beginning, and never got fussy for a moment!  I think you'll agree, he's pretty much the best little present you could ever hope for under the tree!  Thanks for allowing me to be a part of capturing this holiday for your family, and congrats on the arrival of your sweet little guy- he is simply adorable!

This location has been great for the last couple of photo shoots... with the weather being so overcast and chilly, it's nice to have found a place which provides amazing backdrops as well as lots of natural light while still being nice and warm inside!

'C' Family

Is it just me, or could you gobble up this little girls adorable haircut?  Oh, she's such a cute little thing!  Real grins of little Miss 'S' were a little tricky to capture, but worth it!  This whole family has such nice smiles!
